The presence of bluish clays and the predominantly early morning sunshine give the "Blanchots" a very special character, giving the wine a dominant floral character and remarkable finesse, fullness and generosity, great harmony, with a very mineral, slightly iodized and smoky finish. A Grand de Chablis!

"In contrast to the incisive style of the Les Lys cuvée, the 2017 Chablis 1er Cru Beugnons presents a riper bouquet of yellow orchard fruit, candied citrus and fresh butter, followed by a medium-bodied, satin-textured palate that is fleshier and fruitier while remaining bright and lively, ending with a saline finish." "A great classic

This lively, sharp Chablis meets all expectations: fresh, fruity and mineral with a lightly saline finish. A pleasure wine to enjoy with a seafood platter or simply as an aperitif.

THE grand cuvée of Long-Depaquit, this Grand Cru en Monopole is the stuff of dreams for any Chablis connoisseur. Its nose of fleshy fruit accompanied by notes of citrus, jasmine and violet is spellbinding. The typical palate reflects the marly minerality of this micro-terroir.

Located on the left bank of the Serein, on the outskirts of Chablis, the"Les Vaillons" climat holds the secret of a timeless terroir. The Chardonnay expresses itself in a clear floral register, followed by fine woody notes and fresh fruit. A wine of perfect tension and minerality!

Long-Depaquit - Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos 2009

Notes : Bettane & Desseauve 16/20, RVF 15/20, Guide Hachette citation
"A lemony, slightly iodized wine on the nose. Not surprisingly, the mineral mouthfeel intersects with aromas of oyster shells. Don't look for another dish to serve this fresh, lively wine. It will keep for four to seven years". (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2013)

Rating: Robert Parker 91/100
Benefiting from a favorable south-western exposure to the afternoon sun, the"Bougros" Grand Cru parcel, the most westerly of the Grands Crus, produces a wine that smells of toast and ripe fruit, with a dense, mineral structure and a terribly expressive finish!

Notes : Robert Parker 91-92+/100, Bettane & Desseauve 18/20, RVF 17,5/20, Gault Millau 16/20
At the heart of the Grands Crus zone, the Vaudésirs valley is an open book on the geology and history of the Chablis vineyards. This wine has captured all the tension of the vintage, with acidity that is present but not excessive, making it a typical representative of a Chablis Grand Cru: mineral and taut at the same time!

"A tad reserved, this Chablis Vaucopins displays the qualities of the vintage, combining alert, lively, sharp freshness with a generous texture. The chalky minerality invites itself onto the palate and carries the wine through to a good length." (Les Meilleurs Vins de France 2011 - Gault Millau)
