Janisson Baradon Champagne
Janisson Baradon et Fils is a champagne house owned by the Janisson family, winegrowers for five generations. The Janisson Baradon Champagne House cultivates around nine hectares of vines in Epernay, with additional plots in Chouilly and Brimont. For several years now, the vineyard has been managed using sustainable farming methods. Each plot is grassed to protect the biological functioning of the soil, thus favoring healthy ecological methods. Located on the heights of Epernay, this beautiful house was created by Georges Baradon (remouleur) and his son-in-law (cooper) in 1922.

Now run by Richard Janisson, assisted by his two sons, Maxence and Cyril, the Janisson Baradon Champagne House has always sought to assert the character of its champagnes and the typicality of their terroir, in particular by harvesting the grapes when they are very ripe. The wines are aged in vats and small oak barrels, and mature for at least three years in the depths of the chalk cellars, in total darkness. The blending of the wines is a family affair, with each cuvée expressing the purest style of Champagne Janisson Baradon, combining finesse and subtlety. A true winemaker's Champagne to discover!
