Les Clos Perdus
In 2003, Australian dancer Paul Old and Hugo Stewart acquired 1.5 hectares of vines in the Corbières.

The entire estate is run according to organic and biodynamic farming principles, to encourage the development of local biodiversity and produce wines that express their terroirs.

A bold blend of the three Grenache varieties planted in 1898, this low-yielding cuvée (6hl/ha) distills aromas of white peach, cut grass and honey. The wine boasts a fine balance between stone fruits and acids, and is light, airy and refreshing on the palate. The saline finish is long-lasting.
