"It's got everything to please!"
"Roussanne, Bourboulenc and Vermentino are combined in this 2021 aged 6 months in vats, which nurtures the fruit. Scents of peach and apricot perfume a delicate, ample and clean palate, without an ounce of heaviness. Well-typed and remarkably well-balanced, it should be opened within two years. About the wine:
Roussanne, bourboulenc and vermentino are combined in this 2021, aged 6 months in vats, which nurtures the fruit. Scents of peach and apricot perfume a delicate, ample and clean palate, without an ounce of heaviness. Well-typed and remarkably well-balanced, it should be opened within two years.
About the domain :
To the northwest of Lézignan-Corbières, a vast estate (180 ha) focused on exports, acquired in 1987 by Anne-Marie and Guilhem Durand. A first in Languedoc-Roussillon. In 2015, it was the first in Languedoc to pass into the hands of a Chinese group, the importer BHC International Wine Assets Management. Close to the Minervois region, the vineyard is set on an ancient terrace of the Aude, rich in rolled pebbles.
