"With its new look, Loup du Pic has been given a facelift, with a wine made from its own vineyards."

A pure indulgence, built around an explosion of black fruits and a touch of vanilla that brings sweetness and comfort. The crisp and silky palate carries us away in a whirlwind of fruit...

About wine:

Rich, dark, and concentrated, with dry, sooty tannins. Tea leaf and plum. A broad swath of ripe fruit followed by a broad swath of tannins. Tobacco, pepper, mint, and cinnamon lend freshness and length to the finish, balancing power with grace.

Note and opinion by Mr. GILLES D. Published on 07/20/2025

An explosion of crisp red fruits combined with a few spices, and a generous, silky texture flows across the palate with roundness and amplitude on a fresh, delicately minty backdrop. The harmonious whole develops thanks to fine, mellow tannins, which prolong the deep finish tinged with a hint of vanilla. This pleasant, crowd-pleasing wine is best enjoyed with marinated Lozère lamb skewers accompanied by a vegetable tian. Rating = 4.
