The Tatin Sisters
Les Demoiselles de Tatin is one of the properties owned by Chantal Wilk and Jean Tatin, both agricultural engineers. They created their estates twenty years ago during a period of restructuring and renewal of the Quincy and Reuilly AOCs. Maroussia, their youngest daughter, aged 25, joined them in 2010.

The Demoiselles de Tatin vineyard covers 3 hectares of vines planted mainly with Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Gris.

Les Demoiselles de Tatin wines, classified under the Reuilly appellation, are vinified in Brinay in the château's former farmhouse, Cave du Tremblay, which combines tradition and modernity. Well equipped with high-performance equipment, a pneumatic press, temperature-controlled vats, and air-conditioned storage, it has been producing quality wines since 1994.
