Clos du Caillou

Le Clos du Caillou, passionately run by Sylvie Vacheron and her children, is a wine estate located in the commune of Courthézon, covering 53 hectares in the Côtes-du-Rhône and Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellations. The Clos du Caillou vineyard benefits from an exceptional terroir composed mainly of rounded pebbles and filtering sand.

The Clos du Caillou vines are cultivated with respect for nature: organic fertilizers and compost, regular plowing without the use of herbicides, and manual harvesting. This rigorous approach enables the Clos du Caillou estate to obtain grapes of impeccable quality and produce some of the finest wines in the southern Rhône Valley.
