Michel Tardieu and Dominique Laurent created this association of excellence in the early 1990s, becoming one of the finest micro-negociants in the Rhône Valley. Hermitage Blanc 2021 is a blend of 80% Marsanne and 20% Roussanne. Aging took place for one year in new, one-wine barrels, followed by another year in Austrian oak foudres. Spinning the glass reveals lively aromas of lemon peel, yellow apple, pear, honeysuckle and discreet cedar. Medium to full-bodied and slightly viscous in texture, the 2021 is a powerful Hermitage Blanc with good momentum on the complex finish.
