Hachette
"A Syrah with bouquet notes, spicy and sappy".
"A haute-couture wine, this pure Syrah from schist, aged 9 months in barrels, seduces with its complex nose of cooked blackberry and clove, mingled with notes of undergrowth showing the beginnings of evolution. With controlled power, underlined by fine acidity, the palate impresses with its nervous chewiness and distinguished woodiness, releasing warm cocoa notes on the finish". (Le Guide Hachette 2025)

About the domain :
After studying in Beaune, then gaining experience in the United States and in Bordeaux, on his wife's estate (Ch. Filliol), Stéphane Pichat returned to his land to breathe new life into this ancient estate, founded by his great-grandparents. Established in 2000, he started bottling his own wines from 5 hectares in Côte-Rôtie and Condrieu, always producing wines of impeccable quality.
