"A very nice Syrah from Vienne Seyssuel"

Through this cuvée, Stéphane Pichat expresses the unique geographical characteristics of the Syrah grapes grown in the commune of Vienne. Its clear, deep garnet color with mahogany and mauve highlights reveals a subtle woody nose with fruity, bouquet, spicy, and sappy notes. The palate combines rusticity with vitality, a warm, spicy and fruity power, and a fleshy texture full of sweetness.

About the estate:

After studying in Beaune, then gaining experience in the United States and in the Bordeaux region, on his wife's estate (Ch. Filliol), Stéphane Pichat returned to his homeland to breathe new life into this old property, founded by his great-grandparents. Settling there in 2000, he began bottling wines and, from 5 hectares in Côte-Rôtie and Condrieu, produced wines of consistently impeccable quality.
