With this cuvée, Benjamin Passot magnifies the Moulin-à-Vent appellation, thanks to his parcel located on the granite soil of the "Vierre Manin" locality. A supple, well-balanced, complex wine, with a lovely length that will sublimate game birds, poultry and red meat.
