A true Gem from the De Peretti della Rocca estate, cuvée Jules blanc offers a highly seductive palette of aromas. Its pretty golden color opens with a discreet floral nose accompanied by notes of peach. The attack is lively and fresh, with aromas of candied citrus fruit, rubarb and fine bitters on the finish. Its springtime influences have charmed our taste buds!

"Beautifully intense red, dark carmine and brilliant. Niellucciu dominance brings freshness, cherry bursts, spice, Sichuan pepper on a background of maquis, dried herbs. For the estate's major cuvée, it's already very young, with lots of personality. We are charmed by the quality of the tannins that surround this ripe, precious juice, a framework without excess, subtly infused, all freshness to ensure the digestible aspect of the whole. The woody ageing in foudres and demi-muids is sober, everything is already in place to be savoured in the moment and over nearly 10 years". (RVF Guide 2025)

(Jancis Robinson 2023). A blend of indigenous grape varieties, vinified in amphora with no added sulfur, this cuvée is pure in red fruit, flavorful and invigoratingly fresh.

"A beautiful expression of the island of beauty".

"Made from 100% Vermentinu granite plots, vinified with no added inputs or sulfur, in clay amphora. Golden, slightly cloudy on opening, luminous. Nose marked by juicy pear, notes of autolysis brought by the lees and non-filtration of this cuvée. The palate is rich and generous, with a tangy structure that supports the whole. A wine for the table, why not with white meat or veal curry. Drink over three to five years". (Le Guide RVF 2024)
