About the wine:

Very creamy on the nose, a lactic cream cheese impression that also translates on the palate, full-bodied and waxy. Pineapple and peach are a little marked by hints of vanilla. Needs a little time to open up, but offers good concentration and weight of fruit. A blend of Roussanne, Rolle and Grenache Blanc.

About the domain :

Since the 1970s, this certified organic estate has been one of the jewels in the appellation's crown, appearing in the Guide with unfailing regularity. Boasting a magnificent terroir of 70 small schist parcels (58 ha) that sculpt the landscape, today it benefits from the know-how of the younger generation, inherited from grandfather Jean and father Bernard Vidal, both former presidents of the appellation.
