About wine:
Very creamy on the nose, with a lactic impression of cream cheese that also comes through on the palate, which is full-bodied and waxy. Pineapple and peach are slightly marked by notes of vanilla. It needs a little time to open up, but offers good concentration and weight of fruit. A blend of Roussanne, Rolle, and Grenache Blanc.

Since the 1970s, this certified organic estate has been one of the jewels in the appellation's crown, appearing in the Guide with unfailing regularity.
