About the wine:

I'm immediately struck by aromas of orange blossom, violet, juniper and cassia. On the palate, the flavors are concentrated, distilled into a succulent concoction of mandarin peel, currant, bramble and undergrowth. Superb.

About the domain :

Since the 1970s, this certified organic estate has been one of the jewels in the appellation's crown, appearing in the Guide with unfailing regularity. Boasting a magnificent terroir of 70 small schist parcels (58 ha) that sculpt the landscape, today it benefits from the know-how of the younger generation, inherited from grandfather Jean and father Bernard Vidal, both former presidents of the appellation.
