"This great white from the Languedoc has everything to please and satisfy connoisseurs!
Renard Blanc is a singularly expressive wine for ageing, where the power of Grenache Gris is tempered by the finesse of Maccabeu. Fresh, rich and complex, dominated by yellow fruit, with hints of pineapple and citrus, it is round on the palate, revealing exceptional fatness, balanced by remarkable minerality and a generous, long-lasting finish.

Wine rated (guide 2024) 90/100

This is a well-crafted, delicious white, with aromas of white peach, yellow plum and sweet spices on the nose. Medium-bodied, with a precise, lively expression on the palate and a dense, flavorful finish. Made from organically grown grapes. Drink now.
Vert de Vin
Rated (guide 2024) 91-92/100 (Jonathan Choukroun Chicheportiche)
About the wine:
The nose is aromatic and racy, offering serenity, power and intensity. There are notes of racy minerality, fresh garrigue and, to a lesser extent, quince, combined with touches of unctuous yellow berries, fresh olive and a discreet hint of volatility. The palate is fruity, with juiciness, acidity, precision, tension, suppleness, minerality, energy and a nice little vibrancy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of quince, pulpy yellow peach and, more lightly, citrus, combined with a touch of cape gooseberry, fine hints of zest and a discreet hint of local garrigue/fresh flowers, almost olive and iodine (in the background). Good length. A very discreet hint of toastiness.
