Domaine Yannick Amirault is in the hands of a meticulous, perfectionist winemaker, Yannick Amirault. The Domaine Yannick Amirault vineyard covers 19 hectares in Bourgueil and Saint-Nicolas, in the Loire Valley, and has been under biodynamic conversion since 2009. The vines of DomaineYannick Amirault, planted exclusively with Cabernet Franc, are worked with the greatest care, in the old-fashioned way, with ploughed and grassed soils. Each plot is vinified separately, and the grapes, always of excellent ripeness, express the terroirs from which they come.

The wine is then aged for a minimum of 12 months in demi-muids or foudres.
