Philippe Germain brings out here a beautiful expression of the Chenin grape variety on this clay-siliceous terroir of the Layon region. Vinified with talent, this Anjou has a very beautiful balance. Its nose opens with notes of white flowers, citrus zest and mint. This cuvée has a good length, taut and tasty, full of delicacy. A superb success!

The palate is lively, with a well-balanced sensation of sweetness despite the 60gr/L sugar content. A real treat!
