Marie-Thérèse Chappaz 's biodynamic approach enhances this originality to produce wines that are regularly praised by wine journalists and top chefs. The walls and terraces are emblematic of Swiss vineyards along the Rhône Valley. Created by former winegrowers, they are rebuilt and subsidized if they are rebuilt without mortar, using dry stone, thus becoming an ideal environment for lizards.
