"A grand tuilé that stays on top: the superb color is adorned with the lime-blossom hues of rancio. Dried fruit, wax, brown tobacco, chocolate, cashew nuts, walnuts, juniper, this wine is an aromatic exploration into a universe of rare richness, both on the nose and on the palate. A delicacy and a marvel of balance ". (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2016)

About the domain :
Founded in 1910, the Maury cooperative winery is the oldest still in operation in the department. After the winegrowers' revolts of 1907, it brought together over 130 owners. Today, the cellar has 870 hectares of its members' land at its disposal, and makes its living from the Grenache grapes that produce the traditional vins doux naturels and, since 2011, dry maury.
