The cuvée Les Jardins de Bouscassé offers finesse, freshness and vivacity, developing a bouquet of meadow flowers on the nose. A dashing white, fresh and aromatic on the palate, mineral and very fruity, fat and unctuous, to accompany an entire meal...

Expert opinion

Bettane & Desseauve

Bettane & Desseauve

Rated 14/20 (Good wine)

About the wine:

Lots of freshness, still on its yeast, vigorous and finishing on noble bitters of controlled reduction.

The dry Pacherenc Les Jardins is crisp and salty, but a little simple.

I liked it a lot when I was younger, but in 2016 the 2011 is on the decline... too bad.
