"This 2019 Crémant Brut Nature spent 2.5 years on lees and is fragrant with fresh, ripe apples, white currants and a lovely bright aroma of fresh fruit. The mousse is lively and there's a lovely texture, a little tangy, with wonderful balance in this bone-dry sparkler. A lively, sophisticated aperitif with a lovely apple finish. I'm often skeptical of Pinot Gris as a sparkling wine base, but here it shines." (Vinous 2023)
