"Kritt Klevner 2015 is built on high ripeness and partially over-ripeness of the Pinot Auxerrois grape, from 50-60 year-old vines with a yield of 25 hectoliters per hectare. The wine opens with ripe, aromatic fruit and a delicate honey flavor, but reflects the Quartz Kritt terroir. Round to opulent, lush and elegant, with a fine tannic structure and ripe acidity, this is a sublime white, very sensual in a semi-dry/half-sweet style.
