"Flagship vintage
"The marriage of more than six white grape varieties, pellicular maceration and aging in stainless steel tanks with a touch of barrel (10% of the wine) have produced a Lirac of great purity, with a pale gold color, a nose of peach and acacia flower, and a slightly amylic palate, rich and long, carried by an aniseed freshness that ensures balance. Lots of charm and finesse". (Le Guide Hachette des Vins 2022) A flagship cuvée possessing a set of exceptional qualities that represent the pinnacle of the estate's appellations and expertise.

Expert opinion
Bettane & Desseauve
Domaine rated (guide 2024) 4*Stars (Top-quality producers, the glories of French winegrowing)
About the domain :
The domaine offers expressive wines from the finest crus of the Vaucluse and Gard regions. Everything is done with the utmost respect for the terroirs, with the determination to produce wines worthy of their potential. Madeleine Delorme, accompanied by her daughter Ambre, carry on with great care and determination in the spirit of excellence that is the hallmark of the domaine and this winegrowing family. A superb range of saline, fleshy whites and deep, delicate reds, driven by thirst-quenching tension and balance. The domaine's style is increasingly racy and precise. The fourth star is fast approaching.

About the wine:
The marriage of more than six white grape varieties, pellicular maceration and aging in stainless steel vats with a touch of barrel (10% of the wine) have produced a lirac of great purity, with a pale gold color, a nose of peach and acacia flowers, and a slightly amylic palate, rich and long, carried by an aniseed freshness that ensures balance. Lots of charm and finesse.
About the domain :
Created in 1986 by Francis Delorme and his son Christophe, the 58-hectare estate (certified organic and biodynamic) is spread over 38 parcels and eight communes. Following Christophe's untimely death in 2015, his wife Madeleine and their daughter Ambre took over the reins of the estate. A firm believer in low yields, the Delorme family is equally at home with tavel, lirac, châteauneuf-du-pape and "simple" côtes-du-rhône. Not to be missed.

A Reine full of fragrance and flavor. In an average year, intense aromas of yellow and white fruits, complemented by floral notes, coat a fleshy, round palate. Full of freshness, it stretches out thanks to a herbaceous touch and a hint of fennel that tease the taste buds and energize the whole. A graceful, gastronomic white, ideal for end-of-year festive tables, which will honor refined dishes such as a puff pastry of turbo fillets, followed by a medium-rare or creamy "Banon" goat's cheese, to enhance the sweetness and acidic flavors of the cuvée. Rated 4.1.
