The journey continues with this Brouilly without added sulfites, which will seduce you with its crispness, fruitiness, and complexity. Very structured, its refined tannins bring great roundness. As the wine opens up to oxygen, the palate becomes rounder and the aromatic palette evolves gently. A bottle with rare nobility and great aging potential that will surprise your friends. A marvel!

Rated estate (2019 guide) Award-winning wines (This producer's wines are regularly recognized by the guide)

About the estate:

The son and grandson of winegrowers, Franck Chavy settled on a few hectares of Morgon in 1991. Through acquisitions and sharecropping, he has expanded his estate, which now covers 9.5 hectares, while establishing himself in the Guide, where he is a sure bet. This success is undoubtedly due in part to the high-density planting (10,000 vines/hectare) and long maceration periods.
