"A magnificent companion for a delicious capon!

Candied fruit aromas on the nose of this Corton, evolving towards musky and spicy nuances with age. In its youth, the palate is quite full-bodied, without harshness. The aromas linger for a very long time, bringing back memories of the candied fruits of the first nose.

RVF - La Revue du Vin de France / Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France

Domaine rated (guide 2022) 2*Stars (These great estates, often endowed with fabulous terroirs, are must-haves which, thanks to their consistency and the excellence of their production, must be included in the cellars of discerning wine lovers).

About the domain :

The house is now run by Frédéric Drouhin, supported by his sister Véronique for the wines and his brother Philippe in the vineyards. In July 2013, it opened an oenotheque in the heart of Beaune. It has found its cruising speed and is establishing itself as a safe bet. The house relies on a biodynamic vineyard particularly well endowed with great whites, in Côte-de-Beaune but also in Chablis (wines sold under the Drouhin-Vaudon brand), including the famous Clos des Mouches.
