Domaine des Perdrix - Les Terres Blanches 1er Cru 2011

Notes: RVF 14/20
"Among the whites, the Nuits-Saint-Georges Les Terres Blanches premier cru, more full-bodied than long, with a slightly nutty note, reveals a beautiful salty sensation on the finish. " (Le Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France 2014 - RVF). A very beautiful, delicate and fresh white wine with delicious lime aromas...

Rated estate (2021 guide) 4 stars (Producers of very high quality, the pride of French vineyards)

About the estate:

Run by the Devillard family, who also own Château de Chamirey in Mercurey, the vineyard is located on remarkable terroirs in the southern Côte de Nuits, and its production is vinified in the spirit of modern wines, seeking high grape maturity and deep, voluptuous textures. The results have been convincing for several years now, starting with the communal appellations, with very fine juices where we used to know them as rather solid. All the fullness possible in 2018 has been captured here, and these will be wines for aging, even very long aging for the Nuits and Echezeaux. Also a delightful red Burgundy.
