About the estate:
Roger-François Béguinot, who made his fortune in baby food, and his wife fell in love with Château Soucherie in 2007. This 28-hectare estate is beautifully situated on a south-facing schist hillside between Beaulieu and Rochefort, in the Anjou, Savennières, Coteaux du Layon, and Chaume appellations.

This wine is splendid. It has the same effect on the palate as a great Sauternes. A profusion of aromas and flavors. If I could, I would give it at least 95/100.
