"A cherry and strawberry jam!"

"Together, Grenache Noir and Cinsault typically make up around 60% of this cuvée, while Grenache Blanc, Mourvèdre and Syrah make up most of the rest. Tavel la Forcadiere 2022 is a medium-translucent ruby in the glass, with a hint of copper. On the nose, scents of crushed stone join notes of ripe cherry and strawberry, while the full-bodied palate is remarkably taut, supported by generous acidity. The wine finishes strong, with plenty of persistent citrus notes and a slightly silky texture." (Wine Advocate 2023)

"A pure pleasure

A surprisingly fresh balance for this lovely Lirac white. Composed of Grenache blanc, Picpoul, Clairette and Ugni Blanc for liveliness, the nose opens with fruit, citrus and white flowers. The palate is well balanced, reflecting all the minerality of the Lirac terroir. A lovely white for pure pleasure!

"If Nessun dorma is an aria from a Puccini opera, in the glass the tenor is called Syrah (85%) and imposes its own tempo. Candied black fruits, spices and juniper mingle on the bouquet. The palate offers a seductive, fresh and concentrated texture, supported by firm tannins still somewhat under the yoke of ageing (30% new wood). A well-orchestrated harmony".
