"Character!"

Une bière blonde de fermentation haute très houblonnée. Son nez intense offre des notes exubérantes de fruits exotiques et de pamplemousse. La bouche est généreuse, veloutée et dynamique. Tout en rondeur elle présente une belle richesse aromatique de litchi, la rose, et de pomelos enrichie de notes céréales apportées par le malt. À l'image des I.P.A, l'amertume en fin de bouche est soutenue. Style très prisé des amateurs de bière.

"For all thirsts

With its golden color, this bottom-fermented blond ale has a dense head and delicate bubbles, revealing a brioche, floral and fruity nose. The attack is mellow and light at the same time. Malt brings brioche notes, while hops add fresh floral and vegetal touches, with a thirst-quenching bitterness on the finish. Very tasty!

On the palate, the fizz is subtle, followed by the voluptuous texture hoped for from the foam. The taste of roasted cereals gives a slightly sweet tone, with a roundness reinforced by notes of chestnut and apricot. The finish is well balanced, with hops and malts harmonizing smoothly." "This golden, coppery Triple, one of the first Triples from Champagne-Ardennes, is topped with an imposing mousse. The nose is very expressive, with ripe yellow fruits followed by toasted cereals. On the attack, the effervescence is lively, then the texture unfolds, full and warm on the palate, taking up all the space. The malt base is clearly present. Candied and cooked fruit flavors dominate, followed by spices (cloves, pepper). The sweetness doesn't take over, and the peppery finish is surprisingly long-lasting. On the palate, the effervescence is beautiful, the bubbles burst from all sides with delicacy, the hops are still there on the palate, with aromas of exotic fruits and hints of sauvignon. In the second mouth, the flavors become herbaceous, greener, and the finish is long. A blonde akin to the American Pale Ale style, which we propose to call "Pale Ale Savoyarde" with New World hops."
