"Simply fun and light-hearted!"

"Pleasant, saline nose, also on star anise and fresh red fruit. Very invigorating, like an early-morning stroll along the coast. Un très beau Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence dévoilant au nez un côté très « Sud », avec des notes d'épices orientales, de fruits mûrs... L'attaque en bouche est ample, avec une belle matière, où la finale se prolonge sur une fraîcheur si typique des vins du domaine. Une très belle bouteille !

Château Revelette en blanc allie harmonieusement fraîcheur et fruité, avec un nez discret mais distillant une belle minéralité, avec des accents iodés. La bouche montre un bel équilibre et de savoureuses touches d'agrumes. Un excellent compagnon à savourer sur des huîtres, des coquillages, ou encore à l'apéritif avec quelques olives vertes... Un blanc estival à se procurer sans attendre !

« Extrafine, délicate, la bouche s'étire, dévoilant ici une touche de sauge, là de la menthe fraîche. Rigueur, élégance et franchise en bouche. » (Revue RVF N°650 - Mai 2021). Le rosé de Revelette est subtil et gourmand, agréable au nez, avec beaucoup de fraîcheur, il s'accordera parfaitement avec un risotto aux légumes d'été façon ratatouille... À ne pas rater !
