Gaillac
Located in the north of the Tarn department, the Gaillac Appellation area covers 2,500 hectares spread over 73 communes for an AOC production of more than 165,000 hl.

The Appellations d'Origine Contrôlée of Gaillac are characterized by an extraordinary richness: whether they are dry white, fresh pearl or red, you can always discover a finesse here, a more intense aromatic bouquet here, or even unexpected aromas of red fruits there, when you visit a wine storehouse or cellar.

Today, the Appellation includes around a hundred private wineries and three cooperative wineries. The variety of terroirs (three in number) and the age of the vineyard allow Gaillac to present a varied and traditional grape variety. Thus, this diversity of the Gaillac vineyard translates into a wide variety of wines produced which make up a multiple range of dry, sweet and sparkling white wines, red and rosé wines, and sparkling wines.

The Gaillac vineyard benefits from two influences:
- the mild oceanic climate which limits the risk of frost and provides good water supply to the vines
- the Mediterranean heat, in summer and autumn, accentuated by the Autan wind, ensures good maturity of the grapes and mild weather during the harvest.

The ambitions of the vineyard are now carried by a new generation of winegrowers, who add to the passion of their fathers the pragmatism of high-level training. In addition to the latest winemaking technologies, their know-how also extends to business and management techniques.

"A beautiful white, very aromatic and well-balanced".
