Table wine
In France, there are 4 grades of wine classification, regulated by specific laws: Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC), Appellation d'Origine Vin de Qualité Supérieure, Vin de Pays and Vin de Table.

Vin de Table represents 40-50% of total French production. These are everyday wines. In fact, this is the lowest hierarchical classification in France. There are few production rules to follow. The Vin de Table designation was adopted with the first EU wine regulations in the 1970s. The label may not bear any identifying geographical location other than the country. Typically, Vins de Table are blends of different grape varieties and grapes from all over France, and sometimes from different European Union countries. Wines using grape varieties harvested in France carry the label "Vin de Table Français".

Qvinteszencia de L'Ille is a naturally mellow wine made from botrytized Ugni Blanc grapes harvested grain by grain on December 20, 2000. Fermented and aged for 76 months in new oak barrels, it is a wine of exceptional richness, anachronistic and timeless. An incredible, unconventional sweet wine, the only one of its kind in France!

Vignerons des Terres Secrètes - Le Secret de la Vigneronne (50cl)

This lovely sweet wine (130g residual sugar) is made from a rigorous selection of botrytized grapes, picked in the first frosts of September. A perfect white to accompany foie gras or a chocolate dessert... The perfect companion for festive meals!

The estate's latest creation, Cuvée Blanc de Franc is made from a red grape variety (Cabernet Franc). This white wine opens up harmoniously to floral aromas, of white rose in particular, and fruity aromas of red berries. A full-bodied, supple, fresh wine. Perfect as an aperitif with tapas... Unique and highly original!

Notes : Robert Parker 91/100, RVF 16,5/20
"The smoky aromas of the 100% Macabeu Plénitude 2012 are reminiscent of Pinot Gris, with its notes of pear and candied lemon zest. Syrupy on the palate, like a confection, it is no less interesting and will shine on desserts over the next six years. More complexity and balance will come with time." (Wine Advocate - Robert Parker)

Few people like to vinify 100% Carignan cuvées. Robert Creus produces this Cuvée Léonie from very old vines from the Saint-Christol terroir. With its lovely aromas of black fruits punctuated by hints of spice, this is a wine of solid body, dense substance and melted tannins, sustained by good freshness. A success that can be appreciated today with a fine piece of beef, for example...

A flattering wine on the nose, seductive from the very first sip: a combination of ripe black fruits and spices, in a massive, opulent body, but superb balance and freshness. Decant for a long time (at least 3 hours) to appreciate it with spicy food. It will be at its best in at least 5 years.

"With notes of roasted fruit, Soleil de Chine is typical of the rich 2009, with a slightly sweet sensation yet channeled by a fresh, saline finish. A very fine success." (Le Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France 2013 - RVF). A great success!

Domaine Pierre Gaillard - Grapillage 2011 (50cl)

Grapillage is made from late-harvest selections from plots of Roussanne and Viognier. A highly concentrated, very fruity wine, produced only in years when climatic conditions are favorable. A beautiful liquoreux, dense, rich and intense...

88/100 Robert Parker

"Finally bottled last September after finishing malo, Brun's 2010 Roussanne presents a slightly bittersweet approach, the green melon and gooseberry aromas reminiscent of some Sauvignons. A suffusion of flower petals, chalk, green herbs and white pepper make a very good impression in a mouth of polished texture. It finishes with admirable persistence and a great deal of uprightness and refreshment." (Wine Advocate 2013 - Robert Parker)

The fruit of a late harvest, In Extremis is a sweet wine made in the Austrian tradition: the marc is bathed in a new white wine of the year. This dissolves the remaining sugars. The pomace is then pressed again, resulting in a wine with notes of dried fruit, and an entirely new complexity in the expression of botrytized "Chardon Né".

The fruit of autumn, this sweet wine is born at the end of October from a botrytized harvest. It ferments gently in barrel until late summer, producing an exceptional harmony between the Chardonnay and the fine limestone terroirs of the cru. The quintessence of fruit and freshness. A rare wine to be reserved for the end of a gourmet meal. (120 grams of sugar)

Robert Creus is one of those who know how to tame the power of Carignan to produce excellent cuvées, as with Les Bruyères, where he added Grenache in 2012. The combination of power and finesse results in a superbly fruity, spicy wine with excellent substance and balance. A gourmet wine that charms from the very first moment...

New vintage, 2009 rated: Robert Parker 88-89+/100
The domaine cultivates "forgotten" grape varieties, such as Serine, an ancient Syrah variety, which when blended with Syrah (the current variety), both from very low yields, produces a clearly identifiable wine. In a style where power is always present, but finesse and freshness take on a whole new dimension. A colorful, dense, spicy wine with great ageing potential!
